EA Returns classic james bond TO Shelves in NEW VIDEOGAME - From russia with love
REDWOOD CITY, Calif., Nov. 03, 2005 â Electronic Arts (NASDAQ: ERTS) has shipped the latest installment in the widely successful James Bondâ¢ videogame franchise, From Russia With Loveâ¢, starring Academy AwardÂ®-winner, Sir Sean Connery. The highly anticipated game is being released on the PlayStationÂ®2 computer entertainment system and the XboxÂ® video game system from Microsoft and available in stores now. A version for the Nintendo GameCubeâ¢ will be released in mid-November.
From Russia With Love, the videogame, is based on the classic Bond film from 1963 but features new plot twists, gadgets, weapons and characters as well as a dynamic multiplayer component. Sir Sean Connery, appearing in his first-ever videogame, lent his voice and likeness to the project. Also making their videogame debuts as original Bond girls are movie and TV star Maria Menounos and multi-platinum UK pop star Natasha Bedingfield.
