GameTap Monthly Update for Feb/March 2006
GameTapâs vault continues to expand with new games and shows! Since Turner Broadcastingâs GameTap launched with 300 games and a slew of original programming, new content has been added every week with a catalogue now approaching 400 titles and constantly updated programs.
Among Februaryâs notable additions were a couple installments of the Lords of the Realm series, Pitstop and three Might and Magic games, while the âMexican Pac-Manâ short was recognized by Adweek as one of the top 50 commercials of 2005 (download a copy at ftp://puppetshow.mullen.com and see for yourself).

This month, three of SEGAâs most popular games are coming to GameTap, including the worldâs first 3D CG fighting game! Also, Capcom will be entering the GameTap arena with nine â yes nine â additions to the GameTap library.
On the original programming front, big news is on the horizon in terms of content and presentation, so expect a detailed press release soon. We will reveal this much though â two of the biggest names in the punk and country music scenes, respectively, will be featured in shows addressing their love of video games.
